A quick and easy starter. A bed of lettuce is simply dressed and topped with a delicious mixture of crab, tomato, dill, parsley and shallot.

  • 2 to 3 crisp lettuce leaves
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It White Crab
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato puree
  • 1 shallot, finely sliced
  • A handful of both dill and parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 slices of brown bread, buttered

  1. Put the lettuce in a bowl, drizzle over a little olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and season.
  2. Mix the crab, tomato puree, shallot, dill and parsley together and pile onto the lettuce.
  3. Garnish with wedges of lemon and serve with the bread.
