Allow the dough to thaw at room temperature.
Wash the apples, grate them and fry them with the sugar in a saucepan. When they are cooked and soft, remove from the heat, add the cinnamon and leave to cool.
Spread the dough lightly with your hands and cut into two parts.
In a tart pan prepared with baking paper, place the first piece of dough, cut the excess dough and set aside to be used later for decoration.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs that will absorb moisture and so that the dough does not remain raw when baked. Fill with apples, sprinkle a little breadcrumbs again, cover with the other dough that will be the lid. It is decorated with the dough left lying and twisted, but also with pastry shapes, according to your imagination.
Bake, at the right heat, for about 20-25 minutes.
