I warmed the milk a little. I dissolved the sugar in the milk, then I added the fresh yeast. I sifted the flour, added salt and eggs, then milk mixed with sugar and yeast, lemon essence and peel. I kneaded the dough, gradually adding the oil, until the dough acquires the consistency of a sponge. I left the dough covered to rise for about 1 hour.

While the dough is resting, I prepared the filling: I mixed the sweet cheese with the sugar and the eggs. If the filling is too soft, you can add a few tablespoons of semolina.

When the dough doubled in size, I spread it on the board and cut squares with sides of 7-8 cm. I put a spoonful of filling in each square, I made the packages that I placed in trays greased with oil. I let it rise again for about 30 minutes, then I greased them with the egg and sugar mixture. I baked them at the right heat for about 30 minutes.
