500 ml of milk
10 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla essence (or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar)
200 g dark chocolate
40 g butter
2-3 tablespoons milk
It took : With the mixer at high speed, froth the margarine with the sugar, add the eggs one by one and finally the flour in which I put the baking powder. Homogenize everything with the mixer and the resulting quantity is divided in two.

- 6 eggs, 400 gr grade flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 400 ml + 3 tablespoons apricot juice
- 1 sachet of vanilla pudding
- 250 gr butter, 500 gr apricot compote
- Grated chocolate (for decoration)
Method of preparation:
We prepare, for the beginning, the ingredients for the dough. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, then add the yolks, one by one. Mix well after each yolk added. Add sifted wheat flour with baking powder.
Beat the egg whites until foamy, then add them to the dough. Mix well. Divide the dough in half. Add 3 tablespoons of apricot juice in half of the dough. Pour the dough into a rectangular tray (41 & # 21531 cm) lined with baking paper.In the other half of the dough add cocoa. Mix well. Pour the cocoa dough into the tray, over the other dough.
Cut the apricots from the compote and put them in the pan, over the cocoa dough. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 220 degrees and bake the top for 20-25 minutes. After it is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Remove the baking paper.Dissolve the pudding powder in 100 ml of apricot compote. The remaining juice from the compote is boiled. When it boils, add the pudding and mix until it thickens.
We take the pudding from the fire and let it cool. Beat the butter with the mixer until it becomes fluffy, then combine it with the thick pudding. Spread the cream obtained over the cold countertop. Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the cream and put the cake in the fridge for a few hours, after which we can cut it and serve it.Good appetite and increase cooking!
