Last night we wanted to eat something easier. You can see what came out!
- 1 iceberg salad
- 1 box of corn
- 1 can of crushed tuna in oil
- 1 cup rice
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 boiled eggs
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tuna salad:
The rice is boiled together with 3 cups of water and a little vegetable delicacy.
Finely chop the salad and place in a large bowl. Add the canned corn drained of juice and tuna. (I put it with oil).
After it has cooled, add the boiled rice, the finely chopped bell pepper. Then add the mayonnaise (egg, mustard and oil) previously mixed with sour cream.
Mix and season with salt and pepper.
I put boiled eggs on top. Serve immediately.
