As hip as the Brooklyn neighborhood for which it's named, the Greenpoint is variation on the Brooklyn, which was spawned from a classic Manhattan. Created at NYC’s legendary Milk & Honey, it was named after the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn and the greenish hue of the Chartreuse used to make it.

  • 2 oz Rye whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon peel
  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.

  2. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
