This pleasantly purple gin cocktail by bartender Thor Slaughter features a fermented Concord grape soda that Bar Tartine makes with local organic grape juice. (At home, you can use a good-quality grape soda like Boylan's in its place.)
- 1 1/2 oz Vivacity Native Gin
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Fermented Concord grape soda
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a Martini glass.
Top with .75 to 1 ounce Concord grape soda.
