Break out the bubbly and the pineapple juice for a tasty Champagne Cobbler.
- 1 oz Orange juice
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 4 oz Champagne
- Garnish: lemon peel
Add the orange juice, pineapple juice and maraschino liqueur to a mixing glass and stir to combine.
Add the Champagne and fill with ice.
Stir again gently and strain into a Champagne flute.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
