Wash the strawberries, drain them well, remove the stalks and then cut them in half lengthwise.

In a bowl put whole eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix with the mixer at maximum speed until the eggs have become foam and lightly colored.

Add the six tablespoons of oil and continue mixing.

Separately mix the flour with the yeast (baking powder), add everything to the egg bowl and mix lightly.

Wallpaper a rectangular tray (or whatever shape you want) with baking paper. If you do not have baking paper, grease the tray well with butter and line it with flour.

Pour the composition into the pan and level well. Place the strawberry halves with the cut side down on the entire surface.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

When the cake is ready, take the tray out of the oven and let it cool a bit.

Powder with powdered sugar (optional), cut the cake with a sharp knife and serve.
