  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 1 or
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (I did not have and put corn: D)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • frying oil

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Cut the cheese into thicker slices.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Then we give the cheese slices through the egg, then through the flour, again through the egg and again through the flour, then we give through the breadcrumbs or corn.

Heat the oil in the togae and put the cheese.

Turn on both sides and fry until golden.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
