You know that for the holidays I told Oana that we had to wait for Santa Claus with cookies and warm milk, and then we made cookies. One day she says: Mom, I'd like you to buy me a Snow White doll. Of course, you can't do something every day, so I answer: I don't have money now, but I'll buy it for you later.
She: Then, let's make purses because maybe Santa will come again.
I remembered seeing chocolate chip cookies, as they are called, and we both got to work. she has to help me in the kitchen whenever we do something good.
They are some effect cookies and they are kept in metal boxes for a long time, if they are not eaten. The longer they stay, the younger they become.

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate cookies:

We break the chocolate into pieces and put it on the fire together with the butter. Stir until dissolved, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

During this time we beat the eggs with the sugar until the sugar granules are no longer felt. Mix chocolate with eggs, add flour and baking powder. Mix well and put the dough in a plastic wrap, or cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate until the dough hardens.

Put 100-150 g of powdered sugar on a plate and start making the cookies. We take a piece the size of a walnut from the dough with dry hands, we round it and we pass it through the powdered sugar. Place the balls in a tray lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
