Fasting peaches

Mix water with sugar, oil, ammonia quenched in vinegar, then add flour, rum essence and lemon peel.

Mix all the ingredients until you get a soft, non-sticky dough.

Balls like a walnut are formed.

Bake in a tray lined with baking paper for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

Dig with a teaspoon.

We mix the core with the peach jam.

Fill the peaches with this mixture and glue 2 by 2.

They go through the syrup made from water with sugar, then through the red sugar, which I made as follows:
