Wash the meat and wipe.

Season with the special lamb mixture, put in the marinade together with the chopped onion, bay leaf, pepper, wine and water or vegetable soup. Cover the FoodSaver marinade pan, connect the vacuum hose to the specially set hole in the vacuum position, release the Food Saver vacuum cleaner, and when all the air is removed move the knob to the closed position, then disconnect the hose and give fry in the pan for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the stevia dish and egg: scald the well-washed stevia leaves in water with a little salt. Drain, cool and chop.

Finely chop the green onion and fry it in a little oil next to the grated carrot, then add the stew prepared before, the chopped leurda, a little water and the beaten eggs as for the omelet. Keep on low heat, stirring constantly, until the eggs have set.

Remove from the heat and add the chopped dill.

After this time, roll out the casserole, remove the meat and place in an oven dish with oil, water and wine.

Allow to brown over medium heat, adding water from time to time and wine as needed.

Serve the steak with the stevia meat.

Good appetite!
