In a tray (I had yena) lined with baking paper, I put 6 slices of bread (enough to cover the entire surface of the tray) which I poured milk to soften. Separately I beat the eggs with a little salt and a few tablespoons of milk and I poured only half of the composition over the slices of bread, I put them in the oven for a few minutes, just enough to bind them. In the meantime, I took care of the other tray to which I did the same, I put the slices of bread, I soaked them in milk, and on top I poured the other half of the egg composition.

We change the trays, take it out of the oven and put it on the second one.

After removing the tray from the oven, grease with ketchup and put topping according to your preferences, at the end we put the grated cheese and mozzarella, pour a little more ketchp and put in the oven until the cheese melts, and the surface is slightly golden. We do the same with two trays.

Serve hot or cold with whipped milk or ketchup. A goodness!
